Pippa Cleary is an award-winning British composer with three outstanding West End shows to her name. Her celebrated work includes My Son’s A Queer (But What Can You Do?) which is set to debut in America next year. As a talented female songwriter, her other West End credits feature The Great British Bake Off Musical and The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole Aged 13¾ The Musical, both of which received nominations for the Evening Standard Best New Musical Award and the UK Theatre Award. Additionally, Pippa is the only British composer to collaborate closely with Norwegian company Storm Films. They have previously worked together on the animatic film Journey to the Christmas Star, scheduled for release in 2025. Due to her exceptional work as a female songwriter, they are set to begin production on their next animatic feature, Three Wishes for Cinderella, soon!

Much of Pippa's work as a British composer can also be heard in advertisements and commercials, including the award-winning “I Love Doing Dishes” campaign for Finish and “The Feelings” for This is Jelly. Her exceptional talent as a female songwriter has led her to collaborate with renowned companies such as Birdseye, Citroën, Lastminute.com, and the BBC, among others.

In addition to her work as a British composer and talented female songwriter, Pippa founded the award-winning business Pippa’s Poppets, which teaches music and drama to preschoolers across London. Since its launch in 2008, Pippa’s passion for creating original children’s songs has provided a unique and tailored experience for her nursery and kindergarten clients. Pippa’s Poppets also offers birthday parties, visits from Father Christmas, half-term workshops, and personalized birthday songs written by Pippa herself.
